We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Local pickup isn’t available, but we offer free delivery within 10 miles of our location in Portland, OR.
If you’re in a different country and would like to order a bike, feel free to email us to see what’s possible.
Delivery Timing
Handling time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated per bike.

Spare Parts Shipping
Spare Parts (like hangers and small components) ship at a flat rate:
- $5 within the continental U.S.
- $10 to Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Track yours here.
Cancellations
If you cancel after your order has shipped, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
