If you need to cancel, return, or exchange your order, here’s everything you need to know.
Cancellations
Before the product has shipped
To request a cancellation, email hi@primoscycles.com with your order number.
We will refund your payment minus a 3.5% processing fee, which covers non-refundable banking and transaction costs.
Returns
Within 7 days of delivery
Your product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email hi@primoscycles.com with your order number. You will receive a payment link to cover the return shipping cost. After the payment is completed, we will provide your return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your payment minus 15%, which covers the processing fee and the restocking fee.
Exchanges
Within 7 days of delivery
Your product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange for a different size or color, email hi@primoscycles.com with your order number. You will receive a payment link to cover both shipping costs. After the payment is completed, we will provide your return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Within 7 days of delivery
If your product arrived damaged or defective, or if there was an error during shipping, email hi@primoscycles.com with your order number. Please include a short description of the issue and clear photos.
Once reviewed, we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
